That stitch is called bullion stitch.It is used in dimensional embroidery.If it is done using rayon thread it is called Brazilian embroidery.This stitch is also used in surface embroidery also.
Hi Jabeen machine embroidery cannot be taught by explanation or images .You have to see somebody doing it.
Hi viji For the stem I have used raised chain stitch. Bars are far. So it looks like that.
